This is a great workout to lose weight and to tone your legs and butt! Don’t be fooled, it is hard and tough but it really tones your legs and bum!
Jennifer Nicole Lee does some of the leg exercises with weights, and when i did this workout i felt really tired so i just did the exercise without the weights!

Here is a great light workout if you just want to stretch your muscles and start losing some weight. Yoga is great for strengthening your muscles and is especially good if you have weak knees or any injuries. It is low impact but great for improving your muscle definition and toning your muscles.

So i have another video for you! Today i did the Jennifer Nicole Lee Get up and Go Workout from BSN Supplements (Season 2 Episode 2).
In this video i worked my upper body with 5 lbs dumbbells. I really love this workout! As i mentioned in my previous posts, don’t be afraid of doing weights! 5 lbs is not a heavy weight and your not going to get manly, and bulky. You’re going to get toned!

So i just finished watching Jennifer Nicole Lee’s “Get up and Go” Show and i wanted to share it with you. If you wanted to concentrate on LEGS here is some great exercises for you to do! This is from the Get Up and Go show by BSN Supplement, Season 2 – Episode 1.

It is to exercise your LEGS and it is done in under 1 hour. If you’re like me, and hate doing cardio, this workout is great for you. All you need is some dumbbells and a skipping rope. I recently set up a home gym in my garage and that’s all you need to get started.
