Jennifer Nicole Lee – Fitness Model Program – Review
A year ago i did a review on the Jennifer Nicole Lee – Fitness Model Program. See the review here. It retails for $49.95 for the Fitness Program Basic Edition and $79.95 for the Deluxe Edition.
The Jennifer Nicole Lee – Fitness Model Program was the first eBook that I have ever bought online and let me tell you, this was the best investment i made. I know it isn’t a lot of money to some people, but when you aren’t getting a physical book I can understand why people are hesitant to buy this product. I was at first too.
So i wanted to do another review on this eBook a year after to see whether this was a good purchase or not.
So after a year of purchasing this book, i am VERY happy with this product. I printed all of the exercises in the book and i still use it on a daily basis.
The Jennifer Nicole Lee – Fitness Model Program taught me many basic rules that I have been using ever since i purchased this product. First off, Jennifer Nicole Lee provided a guide of what body parts to exercise during each work out. I have taken her guide and made my own routine which is as follows:
Day 1: Shoulders, Triceps, Abs
Day 2: Legs and Abs – JNL Fusion Workout (Here is a link to the video)
Day 3: Chest, Biceps and Back
Day 4: Legs and Abs - JNL Fusion Workout
I try and exercise 4 times a week. Legs are my weakest body part and I don’t focus on them enough, so i have tried to incorporate a legs workout twice a week. Sometimes this doesn’t happen!
I use the Jennifer Nicole Lee – Fitness Model Program workouts that I have printed out to choose which exercises to do. This program shows what exercises to do for all body parts and i choose 3-4 exercises per body part and i do 4 sets of 15.
I think in JNL’s program she stated to do 3 sets of 12 reps and that is what I started off with, and now i have just increased my reps and sets. I have also slowly increased my weight (only by a little).
I am a pescatarian so i eat fairly good. A pescatarian is a vegetarian who eats seafood. So i eat fish, prawns, crab, lobster etc. After a night time workout, I usually have a protein shake. I usually eat eggs for breakfast, and incorporate a lot of vegetables into my meals. I try to eat fairly healthy all of the time, but I am obsessed with chocolate so I think i eat a piece of chocolate at least once a day.
Anyway, back to my review on the Jennifer Nicole Lee – Fitness Model Program. After a year from my purchase date, I still use this eBook every time I workout. I printed the book to make it easier for me to bring to the gym, and i leave it in my gym bag. If i don’t know what exercise to workout for my shoulders, i refer to my book. Or if im bored of doing the same workouts, i get a new exercise from my Jennifer Nicole Lee eBook.
Overall, I would rate this purchase a 9/10. I love this book and i would recommend it to my friends!

Thank you Angeli for your review on the Fitness Model program because I could not find many reviews. Your results in your before & after photo are impressive.
